Duties and Taxes For customers in the United Kingdom, there are no additional duties or taxes to pay upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Incorrect Shipping Details It is your responsibility to enter accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund, minus return shipping where applicable.
If a parcel is returned or lost due to customer error, reshipping will require additional payment.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order is not delivered within 60 days from the shipping date, it is considered lost.
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to start an investigation.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.
