The grill top is made of high-carbon mild steel, which retains high levels of heat for perfect searing and seasons naturally over time. For easy cleaning, the grill top can be removed and swapped with other Blok grilling surfaces, while the base can be filled with a variety of charcoal types for optimal performance.
