The grill top is made of high-carbon mild steel, which retains high levels of heat for perfect searing and becomes even better with time as it seasons naturally. With the ability to swap out grilling surfaces, you can experiment with different cooking techniques and flavors. The grill top can be easily removed for cleaning, and the base can be filled with any type of charcoal, from standard lumpwood to compressed charcoal.
